Service Description

- Replace or clean air filters - Clean coils (indoor & outdoor) so airflow isn’t blocked - Check refrigerant levels & recharge if needed - Inspect blower motor, belts, and moving parts - Tighten electrical connections & test safety controls - Lubricate parts that need it - Test thermostat calibration - Clear drain lines to prevent leaks/water damage - Check ductwork and vents for blockages or leaks Core Maintenance Tasks - Filter check/change: Keeps airflow strong and dust out. - Coil cleaning: Both evaporator (inside) and condenser (outside) coils get scrubbed to boost efficiency. - Refrigerant check: Making sure the levels are just right—too low and the system strains, too high and it’s inefficient. - Electrical inspection: Tightening connections, checking capacitors, fuses, and controls. - Thermostat calibration: Ensures temps match what you set. - Drain line flush: Prevents clogs that can lead to water damage or mold. - Blower check: Motor, blades, and belts get inspected and lubricated if needed. - Airflow test: To make sure your rooms are cooling evenly. -- Spring visit: A/C gets cleaned, tested, and prepped. Fall visit: Furnace/heating system gets the same TLC.
